Terms & Conditions
Namaste India Local Guides Summit 2026 — Please read these terms carefully before registering. By registering and attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Assumption of Risk
Attendees acknowledge that participation in the Event involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, health-related risks, accidents, loss or damage to personal property, and unforeseen incidents. By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation.
2. Release of Liability
Attendees hereby release and hold harmless the Event organizers, including Namaste India Local Guides Summit team, its partners, collaborators, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively, the "Organizers"), from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the Event.
3. No Liability for Negligence
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws of India, the Organizers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damage, including those arising from negligence.
4. Code of Conduct & Compliance
All attendees are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior, comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws, and follow venue rules and safety instructions. The Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior without refund or liability.
5. Personal Belongings
Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the Event.
6. Health & Safety
Attendees agree to take reasonable precautions for personal safety, follow any health advisories or guidelines issued by authorities or organizers, and refrain from attending if unwell or posing risk to others.
7. Photography, Video & Media Consent
By attending the Event, you grant the Organizers the irrevocable right to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, or statements in photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes across digital and print platforms, without compensation.
8. Event Changes & Cancellation
The Organizers reserve the right to modify Event schedule, speakers, venue, or format, or postpone/cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances. No liability shall arise from such changes.
9. Force Majeure
The Organizers shall not be held responsible for any delay, modification, or cancellation caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, or technical failures.
10. Data Usage & Privacy
By registering, attendees consent to collection of basic personal information (name, email, phone, city, etc.) and use of such data for Event communication, updates, and related community activities. Data will not be sold and will be handled responsibly.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
12. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable by default. Exceptions: if the Event is cancelled by Organizers, a full or partial refund may be issued after deducting payment gateway or processing charges. If postponed, ticket remains valid for the new date. No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals. In case of force majeure, refunds are not guaranteed — Organizers may offer credit, rescheduling, or partial compensation.
By completing registration for Namaste India Local Guides Summit 2026, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the above Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the Organizers.
