Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Notice
All registration payments are non-refundable by default. Refunds are only considered in specific circumstances outlined below. Please read the full policy before registering.
Non-Refundable by Default
All registration payments are non-refundable once submitted. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation by the attendee.
Event Cancelled by Organizers
In the event of cancellation by the Organizers, a full or partial refund will be issued after deducting any applicable payment gateway or processing charges. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
Event Postponed
If the Event is postponed to a new date, your ticket remains fully valid for the rescheduled event. No refund will be issued for postponements.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
No refunds will be granted for attendees who do not show up on the day or arrive after the event has commenced.
Force Majeure
In case of circumstances beyond the Organizers' reasonable control (natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, etc.), refunds are not guaranteed. The Organizers may, at their sole discretion, offer credit, rescheduling, or partial compensation.
Sponsorship Refund
If sufficient sponsorship is received to cover Event expenses, the remaining balance after costs will be refunded proportionally to registered attendees. The exact refund amount (if any) will be communicated via email and published on the Whitepaper page.
Payment Verification Failure
If your payment cannot be verified by our finance team, your registration will remain incomplete. You will be notified by email and given the opportunity to complete payment. No refund is applicable for unverified payments that were not completed.
How to Raise a Refund Request
For eligible refund scenarios, email us at contact@ilgs.in with your Registration ID, payment proof, and reason. All requests must be raised within 7 days of the Event date.
